02. Revisions Policy

We strive to deliver services that meet your expectations. Our revision policy is as follows:

  • Standard Services: Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in their service agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
  • Custom Packages: Revisions for custom packages will be defined in the specific service agreement.

03. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

  • Before Service Commencement: Full refunds are available if a request is made before any work has begun, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
  • After Service Commencement: Refunds are calculated based on the stage of project completion and are subject to a 10% service and processing fee.

Post-Completion: No refunds are issued after final delivery and approval of the project.

04. Ownership and Rights

Upon full payment, clients are granted ownership of the final deliverables. Global Venture Resources retains the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

05. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information. All sensitive data shared with us will be handled with the utmost care and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.

06. Quality Assurance

Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality services. We conduct thorough research and quality checks to ensure that our deliverables meet industry standards and client expectations.

07. Delivery Timelines

Project timelines are outlined in the service agreement. While we strive to meet all deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Clients will be informed promptly of any changes to the delivery schedule.

08. Support and Maintenance

Post-project support and maintenance services are available as per the terms specified in the service agreement. Additional support beyond the agreed-upon period may be subject to additional fees.

09. Modifications to Terms

Global Venture Resources reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
